A Wonderful week in cape coral

Check in was smooth, and Pete was very accommodating. House was as described, clean, and with all the necessary amenities. Washer and dryer made life so easy to return home without loads of laundry!!! A. Thank you for your hospitality!

Cape Coral Gem

This is a wonderful house with all the essentials for a great vacation. We enjoyed the outdoor space with the pool and lanai. All the furniture is nice just as the pictures show. The house also has lots of beach essentials so our day trip to Sanibel was great. The owners are very responsive which made our stay so enjoyable. We highly recommend this house and would stay there again!

Very nice place. Kitchen well stocked. The foosball, air hockey BB game and ping pong in the garage were nice. We were alone but this house was well set up for young kids as well. They were set up for the beach as well, chairs, towels etc. Beds were comfortable. For us it was huge that the pool was 85 degrees every day rain or shine. The house is close to bars, restaurants and groceries. We are older and we thought the pool could use a railing when entering the water but not a deal breaker at all. Was the perfect place for us and would return in a heartbeat.

Beautiful property, easy access, communicative hosts and well stocked. It was a great stay and easy to access beaches within 30 minutes. I would suggest getting a sun pass during stay to tour the beaches. Besides that it was wonderful. The kids enjoyed the garage game room and the pool. The hosts were very prompt with responses.

So many extras included if you have lil kiddos!! Gate around the pool, pack n play, high chairs, toys, books, game room. You can’t go wrong booking this one. Would definitely stay here again 👍👍

Great place. Would have liked to enjoy the pool more but we were there for work. Long days. We did enjoy a few afterwork cocktails at the kitchen island. great open space for a family trip. quiet and relaxing.

Awesome

We had an amazing experience at the property. The home was just as advertised and had everything we needed. No complaints at all. The host was amazing, very accommodating and and the communication and response time was excellent. There was a 20 minute delay in communication at one point and they generously gave us a gift card for dinner, that was not necessary, but very kind. I would recommend this home and this host to everyone! Thank you very much!

A parents dream!

Sunshine Cove was everything we could ask for! Communication with the owners right from the very beginning was excellent, very responsive to messages, and even had a mattress sent to the home for my baby in the pack and play to be more comfortable. We arrived and were able to find the location without issue and were given the code prior to arrival. The home is clean and modern, with all the comforts and convenience of home. Beautiful pool and Lanai area as well as comfortable beds. The added bonus of children's toys and books, as well as beach chairs, umbrella, coolers and cart make this a parents dream choice! The location is close to everything, restaurants, shopping, activities for the kids and a beautiful playground with splash pad less than 5 minutes away.

Nice but maintenance needed

Nice house but obviously has not been well maintained. The closet door fell off of the track when closed. The sliding door to the pool was very difficult to open and close. Our 8 year old grandkids couldn’t open or close the door. Several spots in the kitchen has broken lament flooring with throw rugs thrown over them. The filter to the air conditioner had not been changed for quite some time. The air conditioner broke in the middle of the night (which could happen to anyone) and the owner’s were very prompt about getting a repair man there quickly. When the repairman came he said he could not feel air in the master bedroom due to the clogged air filter. After he changed it air flowed much better. When we arrived there was 1 dishwasher pod, a very small amount of dish soap in the bottle and only 2 garage bags. When we used the grill it was almost out of propane and the extra tank in the garage was empty! We then exchanged the tank of propane for $29.99 and had to buy dishwasher pods, dish soap & garbage bags. Just a lot more than I wanted to deal with on vacation!!!!
