We enjoyed the property very much. It was very relaxing, enjoying the pool and being on the channel. Next time we would call ahead of time to reserve a boat to rent. None were available when we did. In regards to the pool we uncovered it and didn't know if we were to cover it before leaving. That might be helpful inform renters about that. We want to say we had a wonderful time. The home looked just as advertised. Thank you, Lynn Evanow The team members were always polite and helpful. I must correct the fact that we didn't need to call maintenance.

Winter Get-away

This was our first time vacationing in Florida as a family, and we absolutely LOVED IT!! This home is exactly as listed. We had plenty of space for our adult children to spread out, but to also gather for family games and dining. The patio space where the pool is located was highly utilized to lounge, and catch some wonderful warm sun. We also used the deck area by the canal to also sunbathe! The kitchen was well stocked with the needed items for us to have the majority of the meals at the house. The neighborhood was friendly and quiet. We can not say enough good things about our experience here!! The house was clean and we had no issues with the property. We will definitely be back!!

The house was lovely. It has all the household items you will need. The patio and pool area are beautiful. We spent hours out there. The location was convenient to grocery stores and restaurants. The house is in a great location; great starting point to explore. We would definitely stay here again. The team was easy to work with from reservations to check out.
