Super family friendly home

The house was fantastic! Very friendly, friendly, lots of room for everyone to cook maneuver around etc. pool was fantastic – however it was supposed to be heated ahead of time as I paid for that, and it wasn't. It took three additional calls and 2-3 days to get the pool Heated. Hoping for a refund for the days the pool was not heated. I did message the owners ahead of time about some kitchen appliances, for some dietary needs in our family and did not hear back. But that was not a really big deal. The house was close to shopping, etc.. beautiful home.
