"Unfortunately we visited in April when the pool, golf, and coffee truck were closed. It was super cold and windy so we couldn't really enjoy any outside activities. But the room was super cute and clean and the mid-century modern vibe of the motel reminds you of the 50's and 60's. We had the queen suite which was super nice to have a separate sleeping space and mini kitchen. The only improvement I'd recommend is brighter lighting! Even in the kitchen area, there are only a few pendant lights which made putting on makeup for the dance competition a bit tricky"

"Very friendly and clean.. the only issue was there was no hair dryer in the room we stayed in.. also since it was off season there was no breakfast and the site said there was.. otherwise it was a great stay."

"very convenient. beach is just across the street. exceptionally clean. mgr. could not have been friendlier. every morning a small breakfast off the lobby: bagels, donuts, cereals, juice, coffee. housekeeping staff was very friendly and helpful. plenty of parking on the property. we highly recommend Avondale. "

Called Hotels.com and they were not able to get anyone on the line and were useless thank god I paid thru PayPal will get fully refunded and lodged a complaint with attorney general."
