"Overall, we were satisfied with the hotel. Housekeeping was done daily, and the room was spotless every time. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The pool was enjoyable, and the breakfast was sufficient and filling. The hotel was very quiet, which made for a comfortable stay. The only downside was its distance from the city center. While some tours usually offer free transfers, they may charge extra due to the hotel’s remote location. Other than that, everything was great. "

"Very well maintained, great service, many restaurant options, friendly staff. Nothing went bad, everything was great. The Beach Grill staff was great, especially Mook (I think that was her name, the head waitress). Would definitely come back here if I am in Phuket again. "
