“Great hostel, good Central location. 5 minutes walk into the city centre, 2 minutes walk from the nearest bars and restaurants. Clean room, comfortable bed and good communication from the host throughout our stay. If I'm nit picking the only very slight drawback was, the bedroom curtains, weren't full blackout (I'm a very light sleeper) but this was a very small thing, and it probably won't affect most people. I would have no hesitation in staying there again. Recommended. ”

“The busy part and old town of Faro were only a ten minute walk. Avenue 41 was also close to good grocery shops and reataurants. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful, even printing our boarding passes. The rooftop terrace was a lovely apot to unwind! Hoghly recommend.”

“The drawback is if it’s rainy day, you won’t have much hot water for shower. The first night when we arrived at hotel was a rainy day so we barely had a hot shower. The host was super nice and will offer free breakfast. ”

“Lovely hotel, have stayed several times before and still an amazing stay. Big shout out to the lovely Diogo on reception with a lovely personality and smile. Only negative thing I noted on this stay is that the sunbeds on the rooftop are being unused by people who are leaving belongings and towels on them for several hours and this is not really acceptable.”

“We stayed at Opus One Hotel for three nights. The location is excellent—close to the train station and an easy walk to the city center. Our room was spacious, bright, and clean, with a large balcony perfect for relaxing. The host was friendly and very helpful—he provided us with a power adapter we forgot to bring and gave useful tips about local restaurants and shops. “Staffs are very nice, the rooms and kitchen are very clean and organized, you have everything to cook, there’s two balconies that are very cute and a spa. This location is directly in the heart of faros town with nothing more than 1-7 min walk from the guest house. Would recommend!”

“Absolute gem. The bed was so comfortable, and I have a bad back so this was such a relief! We stayed in the Barn room which was so spacious! We had our own bathroom, foyer with a desk and drawers, as well as a bedroom. I would definitely recommend booking this room over the others if you have a lot of luggage as the foyer would be great for that. “Good location, walking distance to old town of Faro. But… WiFi connection and speed is not good. There is not good smell in the room and the whole facility. The bathroom door cannot be locked and even ga after you close it. ”

“I changed rooms to be away from pedestrian noise . Outstanding touches of old and new. Kitchen was adequate for a few at a time. Roof top was the best, tho still in the process of recovery from huge storms they had. Hot water was ok tho it was cloudy a lot . Excellent staff and good location to promedade and to ferries for day trips. 12 mins walk to Rail . Could ask folks to keep their voices down when in the kitchen as it travels easily to other rooms. Seem to be an international thing. Nice……

“Clean Clean Clean! Staff is absolutely wonderful! Jessica was extra helpful! I would definitely stay again! The breakfast was wonderful… I have a fear of small elevators… The sweetest gal who worked in housekeeping actually accompanied me on the elevator to ensure me it was okay! ( I had a scary experience in Barcelona last Summer on a tiny elevator) The elevator works great and is fast and efficient! Amazing little boutique hotel experience! ”

“Stayed for one night after a flight was cancelled. Very well located in central old town. Beautifully decorated and super helpful staff. Below is a Michelin starred restaurant - if I ever come back to Faro I’m definitely staying here again and trying out the food downstairs!”
