"We enjoyed our stay at the Inn. It is charming and is in a good location in Capitola. It’s very quiet and peaceful, which we appreciated. We loved the personalized breakfast that is served to every guest and the thoughtful details, including fresh baked cookies. We liked meeting the owner and were happy to support a local business vs. a chain. The only place they missed the mark is that there was no soap in the bathroom and the shower pressure was weak and the temperature was tepid. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. "

The inside of our room was wonderful, but even though a kitchenette is offered, there is no silverware or plates, or cookware, and just a couple of random cups and glasses. You practically have to pack your luggage as if you are camping in the woods. They will happily rent you those items.. Pay attention to how they collect their deposit. Normally a hotel will put a hold on the deposit but this hotel actually charges the deposit per night! which takes longer for it to drop off. The television didn’t work the coffee maker didn’t work and the key entry was a chore. "

"The home was wonderfully appointed, and in SUCH a great location. Everything you want to do around Capitola is within walking distance, just a blast. Wish we could have stayed longer! The garage was tricky to find and get into but we managed. Definitely recommend staying here. "

"cute and cozy property, two buildings with a nice open patio in between. super clean, well maintained, six of us fit perfectly between the two buildings and hung out in the front room with TV for dinner and movies. amazing location, steps away from the colonnade, river walk, beach, pizza my heart! pet friendly, our shorkie loved it. kitchen well stocked with utensils plates etc and stove fridge. great spot, would def rent again when staying in the area"
