My friends and I stayed at the Oceanview Oasis for a weekend. The home was in beautiful condition, the location was amazing, easy walk and extremely short walk to restaurants and shopping. Would come again every year.

Great Location!
We really enjoyed our stay here. The house is really clean and well appointed. The patio is a great place to relax and people watch. The location couldn’t be better to walk to the beach, stroll downtown, and have a meal. A lot of restaurants to choose from. We would definitely stay here again.

Best view of both the river and the ocean
We totally enjoyed our stay in the upper unit! I took my daughter and 3 nieces for a weekend away-the kitchen has a great layout plus the accordion glass doors in the family room (w/fireplace) open to the River, but being on the 2nd floor we had privacy. Large yard with fire pit on the riverfront closes the evening perfectly!I already want to stay again….

Making Amazing Memories
We rented this location for my Mother-in-Law’s 80th birthday. It was perfect for her and my kids. Location to the shops, beach, and Shadowbrook is ideal. Once we parked we didn’t need a car at all. Rooms are comfortable and modern. The main living room and deck were the highlight for us. Just sitting on the deck while watching the water and sipping a drink Is 5 stars alone. We will be ba k and as I type this my kids are asking when we are going to come back.

Very nice, enjoyed being in Capitola, with family. The house was lovely and roomy. We loved the patio and the area next to the river it was very convenient for our paddle board. The elevator was a plus, especially for our elderly mother. We are looking forward to staying again.
