「Great location! We parked the car out front when we arrived and didn't need to use it again until we left. House is clean and bright. The mattress was firmer than we prefer but it was fine and the sheets and comforter were clean and comfy. Would recommend!」

「This property is fabulous! Being on Soquel Creek, even with people strolling the Riverwalk, was so peaceful and enjoyable! Parking spaces in Capitola are amazing and this had space for 2 if needed. And it all looks exactly like the pictures. We so enjoyed staying here and hated to leave! Would definitely recommend and return ourselves.」

「The location is great, plenty of restaurants and shops close by. The only thing that needs improvement would be the beds and shower heads, other than that everything was perfect. I enjoyed the house, easy parking. The house had plenty of room for 5 of us. I would stay again, good place for sure! The hosts are great and very easy to communicate with, give them a 10/10」

「We enjoyed our stay very much. The kitchen was stocked well. The beds and linens were very comfortable and we liked the up graded bathrooms. 「Or stay at the condominium was great! The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. The two parking spaces provided were convenient. The balcony provided a nice view of the beach. The location was perfect, walking distance to restaurants, and the water. We would love to return soon.」
