“Seeing Cappadocia was the highlight of our trip and stayed 3 night in this hotel. Located on a high ground of Goreme with stunning panoramic view to the entire valley. One of the best place to see the early morning hot air balloons flying over the city. The hotel setting is excellent with every room is different in shape and confriguration, and the real cave room, the one I had, was an unique experience to me. Cave room do not have air-conditioning and bathroom exhaust is not good enough. And……

“The hotel is beautiful and unique, with spacious, comfortable rooms. The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating. We arrived later in the evening and were greeted so warmly, and there was even a lovely tray of fruits and nuts waiting for us in our room. The location was perfect, quiet and peaceful, only about a 5 minute walk to the center, so we were still close enough to enjoy all the hustle and bustle. “I had a fantastic stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Goreme. The location is perfect—right in the heart of town and very convenient for shopping and exploring the local area. My room was lovely, clean, and very comfortable, providing a great space to relax. One of the absolute highlights was the rooftop terrace. The view is incredible, making it the perfect spot for taking photos, especially with the balloons in the morning. “Not much service was available. We arrived with 3 luggage’s and no one was at the front door to help us bring in the luggages. When we checked into the room, it was different from the photos that were advertised at the time of the booking. We tried to talk to the front desk but they just rudely ignore the comment and mentioned that all rooms in the hotels were all the same. We had to call hotels.com to help us sort out the issue, which the staff at hotels.com helped and finally assisted us to……
