「The room was nice and spacious with pretty decoration. It is located close to the main street so it is very convenient but it can be quite noisy at the evening (had to sleep with ears plugged). Their staff services were great and organised all of our day tours and dinners. There is an area that they can improve: the duvet provided was too small for the bed. 」

「酒店很早就發訊息給我們確定我們的行程，之後一直幫我們安排在卡帕多奇亞的節目。服務超級貼心，我們完全不用擔心交通和時間安排，全部節目（包括熱氣球、red/green tour、turkish night、騎馬）有接駁巴來往，很適合第一次來卡帕多其亞旅行的旅客。我們很多行程都是臨時起意的，包括熱氣球也因為天氣原因在第一天沒有去成，但酒店員工的應對都很迅速，即日就幫我們預訂了明天的熱氣球，省去了很多溝通的麻煩，nice job！ 房間也很舒適漂亮，我們很喜歡按摩浴缸和陽台的觀景，外面看出去ortahisar castle及周圍的景觀一覽無遺，一天的疲勞過後泡上一個美美的泡泡浴，開罐啤酒吹下冷風chill上一會，像是為一天宣告完美的落幕。酒店也設有外賣服務，如果太累不想出去，完全可以在房間scan qr code下單，非常貼心。總的來説無可挑剔，完美服務，舒適享受！」

「Seeing Cappadocia was the highlight of our trip and stayed 3 night in this hotel. Located on a high ground of Goreme with stunning panoramic view to the entire valley. One of the best place to see the early morning hot air balloons flying over the city. The hotel setting is excellent with every room is different in shape and confriguration, and the real cave room, the one I had, was an unique experience to me. Cave room do not have air-conditioning and bathroom exhaust is not good enough. And...

「This property is so beautiful! Wish we'd had more time to just relax on the terrace and sit in all the nice viewing spots. The cave/rocky ambiance was so nice, and we were located close to town with lots of nice food options. Would highly recommend!」

「Not much service was available. We arrived with 3 luggage’s and no one was at the front door to help us bring in the luggages. When we checked into the room, it was different from the photos that were advertised at the time of the booking. We tried to talk to the front desk but they just rudely ignore the comment and mentioned that all rooms in the hotels were all the same. We had to call hotels.com to help us sort out the issue, which the staff at hotels.com helped and finally assisted us to...

「Great location and incredible views. The staff was very helpful. Our room was huge with a hot tub which was a nice to have. All tours would pick us up from our hotel which made things super convenient. The breakfast was a delicious is a Turkish breakfast. Highly recommend」

「我住的是家庭房，在地下，出入方便，亦不會有嘈吵等問題。房間裝飾仿似洞穴，可住四人，十分大，但無窗，燈光較暗，房間設施頗為滿意，但厠所門有很大的罅隙，無私隐，大大的扣分。酒店位置很方便，不需行斜路，但視野當然較差一點。早餐8點至10點，不過不失，绝對可以吃飽，但熱食較少。」

「這次住了3晚兩種房型：108 跟113,都非常好， 真正的洞穴房型。早餐很棒，視野很好。 尤其是113 Moonlight，能夠住在仙女煙囪，真是很棒的體驗，飯店走路不遠就是看能看夕陽~ 這個家族經營的飯店，服務很好，非常親切，我們租車在土耳其自駕旅行，飯店有停車場，不用擔心~ 飯店有良好的旅遊行程代訂服務~ 唯一小小缺點，就是保險箱故障，但是我們不介意，若下次再來格雷梅，我還是會選擇這裡的。 」
