“酒店很早就發訊息給我們確定我們的行程，之後一直幫我們安排在卡帕多奇亞的節目。服務超級貼心，我們完全不用擔心交通和時間安排，全部節目（包括熱氣球、red/green tour、turkish night、騎馬）有接駁巴來往，很適合第一次來卡帕多其亞旅行的旅客。我們很多行程都是臨時起意的，包括熱氣球也因為天氣原因在第一天沒有去成，但酒店員工的應對都很迅速，即日就幫我們預訂了明天的熱氣球，省去了很多溝通的麻煩，nice job！ 房間也很舒適漂亮，我們很喜歡按摩浴缸和陽台的觀景，外面看出去ortahisar castle及周圍的景觀一覽無遺，一天的疲勞過後泡上一個美美的泡泡浴，開罐啤酒吹下冷風chill上一會，像是為一天宣告完美的落幕。酒店也設有外賣服務，如果太累不想出去，完全可以在房間scan qr code下單，非常貼心。總的來説無可挑剔，完美服務，舒適享受！”

“Seeing Cappadocia was the highlight of our trip and stayed 3 night in this hotel. Located on a high ground of Goreme with stunning panoramic view to the entire valley. One of the best place to see the early morning hot air balloons flying over the city. The hotel setting is excellent with every room is different in shape and confriguration, and the real cave room, the one I had, was an unique experience to me. Cave room do not have air-conditioning and bathroom exhaust is not good enough. And……

“The hotel is beautiful and unique, with spacious, comfortable rooms. The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating. We arrived later in the evening and were greeted so warmly, and there was even a lovely tray of fruits and nuts waiting for us in our room. The location was perfect, quiet and peaceful, only about a 5 minute walk to the center, so we were still close enough to enjoy all the hustle and bustle.
