「Overall the stay was good, however my room did not have a window. The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The staff is also very nice.」

「The room was comfortable. Hot water took some time to come on. Breakfast was excellent!!! A special shoutout to Michelle (supervisor) for accommodating our requests and helping us through the check-in process. Downside: hotel maintenance is needed.」

「Booked a night as a birthday present for my brother and sister-in-law, they were very impressed with the service, Cindy went above and beyond to ensure they were well looked after. Room was beautifully decorated, dinner, drinks and breakfast was excellent. Would definitely recommend」

「The location was convenient for me. Price was affordable and offered breakfast. The elevator was small but steps was the way for me. Shower door took some work to open and close. Rooms are big with 2 king beds so bring a friend. Security guard at nights. Very helpful staff. Will definitely consider Metro again for future trips. Thank you」

「Wonderful! We couldn’t have wished for such a warm and restful stay! A beautiful house, managed by an amazing family! The views of the hills in the distance and the staghorn plants that surround as you take a dip in the pool are incredibly peaceful. The breakfast was amazing, the neighbors and the shop up the road were so kind. We walked to grocrey stores and restaurants every evening! We will be back every time we visit Trinidad. 」

「The location is fairly good to get around Port of Spain with a number of walkable locations you can reach. The staff was great and very helpful. I would probably stay here again if going through POS. 」
