The Space:
Escape to a serene coastal retreat in Cardiff-by-the-Sea, perfectly situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. This elegant home features a private pool and spa for resort-style relaxation (pool heating available for an additional fee. Pool heating is not available from December - March), central A/C, and ample parking.

Inside, refined coastal design meets comfort with soaring ceilings, open living spaces, and a piano that sets the tone for stylish gatherings. The fully stocked chef’s kitchen provides everything you need for effortless entertaining.

Outdoors, bask in the California sun by the pool, soak in the hot tub, or enjoy al fresco dining in your private backyard sanctuary. Just over a mile from the beach, the home is minutes from Cardiff’s most iconic attractions, Cardiff Reef, Seaside Market, and oceanfront dining along Coast Highway 101. Everything was excellent other than the hot tub that malfunctioned. This was communicated to the representative who professionally responded. When correcting the issue was impractical due to the holiday, he immediately agreed to refund the charge to heat the tub.
