It comfortably sleeps eight across a series of queen-size bunk beds. Depending on your group composition, up to six adults could be catered for comfortably.

This residence forms part of a dual-unit duplex, being the bottom floor. The verdant front garden and rear yard are shared with the unit above. Access to the property is via stairs, but once inside, it operates on a single level.

Parking is readily available, providing for two cars on the driveway.

Local beaches, retail outlets, and restaurants are conveniently located a 15-25 minute walk away. To explore the wider San Diego attractions, a car would be required.

Nestled in the laid-back coastal town of Cardiff-by-the-Sea, conveniently situated between Encinitas and Solana Beach, this bungalow boasts proximity to two fantastic beaches. Find gourmet shopping and dining experiences right around the corner, with more options in the nearby Encinitas and Solana Beach Cedros Shopping District.

Pedestrian walkways offer safe exploration on foot or bike ride. The nearby train provides a brief spectacle as it passes - much to the delight of younger guests. As far as coastal sanctuaries go, Surf View Bungalow undeniably takes the cake.
City of Encinitas quite hours 10pm-7am (please bring socializing indoors and keep noise to minimum during these hours)

There is a train that runs north and south. It is more frequent during commute hours and dies down in the evening. Most guests find this charming and novel. The bedrooms are in the back of the bungalow and with the new windows the sound is greatly minimized.
