Villa Giada - villa with 5 rooms and pool
Beautiful Villa with large garden and outdoor space with a pool of 13 meters for the exclusive use of guests. The Villa is rented as a single unit, the guests who book have exclusive use of the entire Villa and Pool, without sharing it with other guests. Villa Giada is located a few km from the sea, from Punta Raisi Airport and from Palermo. The Villa, recently renovated, consists of a large living room with fireplace and dining area, kitchen (complete with utensils, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle and citrus juicer), a bedroom with double bed and en suite bathroom, a second bedroom with double bed, two bedrooms each with two single beds and another bunk bed, for a total of 10 beds.
In the sleeping area there are two other bathrooms (for a total of three bathrooms) each with a shower. All rooms have air conditioning. The kitchen is fully furnished (including a dishwasher).
Outside there is a large terrace with sea view, furnished with table, chairs and sun loungers. From the garden, through a small path, you can access the very large and comfortable swimming pool and for the exclusive use of our guests.
In the sleeping area there are two other bathrooms (for a total of three bathrooms) each with a shower. All rooms have air conditioning. The kitchen is fully furnished (including a dishwasher).
Outside there is a large terrace with sea view, furnished with table, chairs and sun loungers. From the garden, through a small path, you can access the very large and comfortable swimming pool and for the exclusive use of our guests.

Fin feriebolig med god beliggenhet
Vi var to familier som leide denne boligen i en uke. Stor terrasse og et veldig fint bassengområdet. Boligen hadde god plassering ifht butikker, restauranter og strender, men det er nødvendig med bil pga trafikken i området.
Bassenget var åpent 10-20, noe som gjerne kunne stått i annonsen. Det var 5 soverom, hvorav kun 3 hadde aircondition, det var heller ikke opplyst om i annonsen. Det kunne kanskje vært litt mer utstyr på kjøkkenet ifht 8 personer, men mulig norske familier lager mer mat hjemme enn andre nasjonaliteter gjør?
Utleier var veldig serviceinnstilt og hyggelig, og delte masse tips om severdigheter etc. Dersom det var noe vi hadde behov for hjelp til i boligen, stilte de på minuttet! Usedvanlig bra serivce:-)

Belle propriété avec 5 belles chambres proche de l aéroport. Belle terrasse pour manger dehors
La piscine est magnifique , très grande et rien que pour vous
Un grand merci à guiseppe pour tous ses bons conseils. A toujours était très reactif à tous nos messages . Un grand merci au propriétaires pour leurs gentillesses et leurs petites attentions .Belle location que je recommande. Prévoir une voiture pour visiter

Super séjour, maison agréable bien équipée et piscine superbe
La propriété est très grande, très bien entretenue. Il y a un jardin, une grande terrasse agréable et une gigantesque piscine très agréable quand on est beaucoup. la maison était très propre, bien climatisée, l'accueil chaleureux, et le séjour très sympa !
