We look forward to welcoming you to our beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom vacation home! Located just a minute from Interstate 5 our home is the perfect place to base your San Diego vacation. We are close to restaurants and dining, the beach, family-friendly activities and much more. Carlsbad Village is one mile away with the beaches just beyond and Legoland is three exits South on I-5.
As you step inside, you'll be greeted by an open plan living and dining area with peeking ocean views out the front windows! The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa and large flat-screen TV that can be viewed from the dining table and kitchen. The dining area features a beautiful wooden table with seating for ten, perfect for enjoying meals with family and friends!
The fully-equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and all the necessary cookware and utensils to prepare delicious meals. You can also enjoy your coffee at the bar or lounge with it on the back patio.
The master bedroom features a California King-size bed, a flat-screen TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk in shower, double vanity, and separate toilet room. The second bedroom is equipped with a Queen-size bed, standing desk + office chair, and closet. The third bedroom is equipped with two twin bunk beds! The second and third bedrooms share a full bathroom with a bathtub/shower combo!
Outside, you'll find a spacious yard updated with artificial turf, perfect for soaking up the sun or playing some lawn games! There's also a barbecue grill, ideal for cooking up a delicious meal and enjoying a relaxing evening under the stars.
In the garage, you'll find a washer and dryer, beach equipment (chairs, umbrella, toys), and plenty of space to park one vehicle or store your belongings.
This vacation home is conveniently located near local shops, restaurants, and attractions, making it an ideal base for exploring the beautiful coast!

- Does your house have air conditioning?
No, we do not have air conditioning, however, our house is conveniently located at the crest of the hill with ocean views. This affords us a nice ocean breeze that can blow through the house to cool it down if windows on the front and back are left open.
- Can I bring my pet?
Yes! We happily accept pets upon request with payment of a $100 non refundable pet fee. Please let us know at the time of booking if you will be traveling with a pet!
- Do you have cable?
No, we do not have cable. Our smart tv's are wirelessly connected to the internet. These tv's are set up with apps such as Netflix, HBO, YouTube, Hulu, etc. We provide a logged in Netflix account for your enjoyment and you are welcome to sign into any of the other apps if you have an existing account.
- How far are you located from the beach?
We are 1.7 miles from the beach. It is about a 7 minute drive or a 35 minute walk.
- How far to downtown Carlsbad Village?
We are 1.5 miles from Carlsbad Village. It is about a 6 minute drive or 30 minute walk.
- How far to LegoLand?
We are just under 5 miles from LegoLand. It is less than a 10 minute drive three exits South on Interstate-5.
