「Nice, quiet spot to come back to while exploring Carlsbad Caverns. It was great to be able to do our laundry right at the house while relaxing. House is small, but didn't feel it, and had everything we needed. Also, in a nice quiet neighborhood, with a pretty church opposite. Donny, the host, checked in via text frequently to make sure everything was going well. Thank you.」

「I'd stay there again if I needed to be in Carlsbad. The house was clean and comfortable, and there was very easy access to the main drag in Carlsbad as well as the main highway leading back home.」

(Mother-in-law scoots her feet real bad when in house shoes, so the tile floor was a bonus.) The shower in the master was also very user friendly for them.」

「If you are looking to visit the National Park and other things in the area this was a great house and location. It is the desert so nothing is close, but this was centrally located for everything we did. And, we loved that it was an older home.」

「To visit the caverns, we have to choose a hotel in Carlsbad. There was not much options out there. Everything was OK here, with an unfair price though. However I would assume there hardly is a better option around this area.」

「My friend and I spent a week traveling NM and stayed here after visiting Carlsbad caverns. It’s a really cute house, the area felt very safe, and it’s by plenty of food and grocery stores. Would definitely stay again if I’m ever in the area!」

「The property was exactly as advertised and was clean and easy to access. Not a lot of outdoor area but close to several parks/playgrounds so worked great. We stayed here several nights as we visited Carlsbad Caverns and Guadalupe Mountains National Park - we were close enough to visit those easily and in an area where we had easy access to anything we needed. House was clean and everything about check in and out were easy!」

「GPS directed you through a neighborhood to get to the property- the other exit was very rough and not ideal- I suppose construction but it was very inconvenient 」
