“Night staff was accommodating and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Morning attendant was very helpful and friendly.”

“I asked for two rooms together so I could keep an eye on four grandsons, and the desk staff arranged it. My room was quiet at night. The breakfast room was spotless and the food was good. We spent a lot of time in the outdoor pool which was tidy and clean and towels were available at poolside. My bathroom needed remodeling but that was easy to overlook given how good everything else was. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.”

“To visit the caverns, we have to choose a hotel in Carlsbad. There was not much options out there. Everything was OK here, with an unfair price though. However I would assume there hardly is a better option around this area.”

“We stayed here after hiking Carlsbad Caverns and one of our favorite places to stay on our trip. The rooms were incredibly clean, spacious, and staff was great. Great location! Easy to walk to couple fast food options, but close to everything. Good food options nearby, easy to drive to and out of here.”

“Parking lot was good and easy. The swimming pool had a closed sign. Only amenities was coffee in the room. Beds were comfortable.”

“The property was clean and quiet. Good quality towels provided in the room, in the workout room and at the pool. Nice pool. Pretty good breakfast provided for that type of breakfast. However, I would like to see them provide oat milk or almond milk as an alternative to cow's milk.”
