「The staff gave the key to my room to another customer!!! So at midnight, the other customer attempted to enter my room while I was asleep, This put my safety and the other customers safety in jeopardy!!!!!! I woke up to what I thought was someone breaking in to my room!!!!! Very unsatisfied!!!!!!」

「The bathroom with the rolling shower was cramped. The sink and toilet were so close together I had to set my wheelchair sideways with the sink. And you couldn’t close the bathroom door when I parked my wheelchair to use the toilet. These “amenities “ decide whether a room is comfortable or not. Also, a queen bed is plenty big enough. This room is cramped with a king bed.」

「Because we were not allowed an early check in we arrived after touring Carlsbad Caverns and the bat flight program. We checked in a little after 9 PM. The response I received was simply, “I don't understand coffee machines.” I also found that shampoo, soap, and other basic bathroom essentials were missing from the room, and I had to walk to the front desk to ask for them.
