My husband and son enjoyed kayaking and using the pedal boat and I loved the screened in deck where I could take it all in and read a book. “We were in town for a reunion and this was a cute off the beaten path place. Nice and quite in the middke of nature. Our only issue was the fact the two bedrooms uostairs dont have doors, so you could easily hear our friends snore.”

“This cabin was everything we wanted in our little getaway. It's very private and wooded. There's a full kitchen and a firepit outside, plus laundry, a fireplace, and smart TVs. The bed was SO comfy, it has me thinking about replacing my mattress! Because it's seculded, you have to drive 10-20 minutes to have some options for food and groceries. That wasn't an issue for us, though! Everything was very clean and communication was clear the whole time. Carlyle lake is 15-20 minutes away, depending……

“This house is perfect for a a family stay in Edwardsville! The kids loved their bedroom with their little beds and "hidden door". They also loved all the board games to check out. The kitchen had all the supplies we needed to be able to cook and the beds were so comfy! Would definitely stay here again. ”

The kitchen was well stocked and the beds and baths were clean and comfortable. We were close enough to town to walk to restaurants and shops. This is a quiet neighborhood in a small town, but we spent a day in St. Louis, only an hour or so away. And the eclipse, what a bonus!
