We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home with amazing views of the Ocean. We sat outside, watching the sunset every day and loved the easy location to the Monterey area and to Big Sur! Perfect spot.

Great Escape

My family and I had a wonderful time in the area and the home was a great place to be when we were not out on a hike. The location is great for heading down to Big Sur or back up to civilization in Carmel. You simply cannot beat the views from the home and the quiet neighborhood. We will be back!

Wonderful house with fabulous ocean view. House itself and host customer service are first rate.Kitchen well very stocked with pots, pans, utensils. Don't know why anyone would comment otherwise unless they wanted something specialized. There was even a blender although I suppose there was not electric mixer. Safeway and other stores are a few miles north in Carme. There is a closer pricey convenience store. Carmel itself has lovely shops appropriate for a high end coastal area.Only glitches were: (1) they should make more clear that code to the gate and code for lockbox are different, and you need to have them before you arrive since you may not have cell service, and (2) make wifi password more obvious inside house upon arrival (we had to hunt for it in a drawer).

The views are awesome. It would be nice to have a fire pit on the terrace so it could be use longer. Great house and fireplaces, especially the one in the master. Used it every night and morning. The shower is the master is to die for. Never wanted to get out

Amazing views - vintage California feel

Really enjoyed our stay here. Property sits high above the pacific with beautiful views of the pacific. House is spacious and was very comfortable for our family of 4. Enjoyed the wood burning fireplace, also they have a telescope to watch the otters in the ocean. Kitchen and appliance are a bit dated, but functional and kind of match the vintage feel of the house. Only Recommendation is to download the welcome packet before arriving because there is no cell service in the neighborhood and you need the gate code to get in.

Great place with view

Can’t go on enough about how beautiful the view is from the front of the property. All three bedrooms have amazing views of the ocean.The property is quiet and peaceful if you’re looking to get away. Just five minutes from point Lobos. 10 minutes from downtown Carmel Will be coming back to this property again!

Lovely property and awesome property manager

We loved the house and property. Such beautiful views! Unfortunately, we weren’t able to stay for the duration of the trip due to a water main break. While unfortunate, the property manager was very accommodating with cancelation of the reservation while also offering other properties to stay at. I definitely need to rebook this house to get the full experience.

Beautiful Carmel Highland Views!

He had a family vacation at this beautiful home situated in the Carmel Highlands near point Lobos State Park. It was a warm, clean and inviting home with plenty of space to gather and hang out. We enjoyed watching the water from the front in comfortable chairs. We even saw some baby whales in the distance breaching! Everything in the home was well appointed and we’d love to visit again someday soon!

The house itself was nice and adequate for our needs and the rental management company responded immediately to a couple of small issues, offering to come out same day to fix the items. I would definitely recommend staying here for the amazing views!!
