「Veronica is very nice and helpful during our stay there. The location is very convenient to the restaurants we like and all sight seeing spots are all in walking distance. The only drawback is no elevator inside the building so if you are not travelling with a strong guy and with heavy suitcase, you will have to reconsider the larger suite here as mine is the smallest which is on the top floor. 😞」

「We stayed here for two nights, very good service, all the staffs here are very fariendly, the hotel loace in a very busy comercial street which is easy to get around, a lots of shops and restaurats nearby. 「We are well warm welcomed by Joana and she is super caring for what we need. She is so professional and sincere and makes our stay memorable. We highly appreciate her working attitude. The location is super convenient, nearly all the tourist attractions are within walking distance. As it locates in the center of the old town, the downside will be the noise, we couldn't sleep well as lots of people in the street making noises during midnight. 「What a find! This was a truly excellent place to stay in Porto. Really well positioned, everything was within walking distance.
The room was absolutely gorgeous, and huge. It was well stocked with amenities, including a Nespresso machine.
All the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was a small continental offering, with eggs cooked to order, perfect for a trip to Porto, as you definitely don't want to fill up on breakfast!
I will be recommending this hotel to anyone travelling to...
