「I booked with Brix, somehow the date stated a day before my stay( a mistake that wasn’t made by me) when I got there I only realized the error. The guy at the front desk went for the manager. A woman of African descent came over. She came with attitude and was very rude, telling me the date was for the day before and I cannot stay which means also I can’t get a refund. 「Definitely not a place I'd stay at again. The place had a very uncomfortable feel to it and it's not maintained adequately as well. The breakfast was not satisfying at all. I'm a vegetarian and all they had for me to eat was bread and butter. Not even any cereal. What a shame!!! My worst experience ever.」
