“Todo Exelente”

“Its great location and beautiful hotel. We loved the adult pool, although it can get very crowded and there are not enough chairs for everyone. We had to wait for someone to leave to get a chair the first day. 2nd day we went earlier to ensure we got a chair. Staff in the buffet dining area were very rude to us and the food was not that great. Also ate at the seafood restaurant for dinner. Was not freshly cooked and was way overcooked and dry. Will probably come back to the hotel, but will……

“The property is indefinite disrepair, but location is not the best according to what I have found out and when you let them know upfront that you’re going to have a late checkout, they don’t disclose that they are going to switch you to a totally different room that was so hot that I could not even relax the rest of the day and I had to pay them an extra 50,000 pesos just to wait around to go to the airport never again while I stay at this place I don’t recommend anybody staying in this……

“Our stay at this hotel was a complete disappointment. The room was dirty and clearly had not been cleaned properly before we arrived. The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful, which made the experience even worse. There was no hot water during our stay, no refrigerator in the room, and they didn’t even provide complimentary drinking water. These are basic amenities that most hotels should offer. We felt so uncomfortable that we wanted to leave as soon as possible. I would not recommend this……

“Solo una observación, fue difícil llegar al hotel, ni los taxistas sabían la ubicación, al parecer este hotel tiene 3 meses y la fachada no se encuentra con nombre del hotel, más bien es una casa habilitada como hotel.”

“Recepção incrível, quarto muito bom, hotel muito bonito e limpo. Porém, ruim localização, não tem água quente no banheiro e falta água quase todos os dias.”
