“Very Disappointing Experience at Grand Sirenis Cartagena Unfortunately, our stay at Grand Sirenis Cartagena was not the experience we expected, especially for a resort in this category. Our room had a strong humid/musty smell. We asked three different times to change rooms, but our request was never addressed. Basic requests also took an unreasonable amount of time. For example, when we requested additional towels, it took approximately four hours for them to finally arrive. The food was……
