our booking included free parking for Trucks and RVs, but even in our small 7 M RV we were rejected and forced to pay additional. Also, the WiFi did not work. Neither in the lobby, nor in the room during the entire stay. Manager was not interested to listen to our feedback and just confirmed that the information on Expedia was "wrong".

No me gustó las toallas no están disponibles, no hay elementos de aseo para cabello, deben llevarse.
El personal de recibo no se porta con amabilidad ví dos escenas de irrespeto hacia el cliente por solicitar toallas.

la piscina no tenia servicio, el aire acondicionado no serbia, se tenia que dejar un deposito para la toalla, viendo que en todos los hoteles dan una toalla por habitación; no se pudo desayunar porque el sitio era muy lleno de todos los camioneros y fue imposible.

Mucha vibración en ventanas y paredes de habitacio
Se percibe mucha vibración en paredes y especialmente en ventanas, tal vez, por los trabajos nocturnos en la planta q queda enseguida del hotel. No permite dormir tranquilamente.
También se escucha toda conversación o ruido de otras habitaciones contiguas.
