We stayed a few days at this hotel and really enjoyed our time. The hotel is in a great location and the overall atmosphere is very pleasant. The breakfast was delicious and offered a great start to the day. What we enjoyed the most was the pool area — it has a wonderful vibe and the music playlist there was fantastic, creating a great atmosphere. Compliments to whoever selected the music! The only small inconvenience was that there were only about 6 or 7 seats available by the pool, which made it a bit difficult to find a spot at times. Overall, it was a lovely stay and we would definitely recommend it.

Our stay at Hotel Santa Catalina was truly unforgettable, made even more special as we celebrated our wedding there. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. Our wedding reception was absolutely magical, with a breathtaking view of the Torre del Reloj that created the perfect romantic atmosphere for such an important night in our lives. The setting, ambiance, and attention to detail made it an experience we will cherish forever. The entire staff was extremely attentive, professional, and genuinely kind. The food was spectacular — delicious and beautifully presented. Our room was spotless, the bed was very comfortable, and the amenities throughout the hotel were excellent. We enjoyed our stay so much that we decided to extend it twice, including once after our Rosario Islands tour was canceled. We are so glad we did, as the hotel is beautiful, peaceful, and perfectly located near many of the city’s main attractions. We were able to walk almost everywhere. We would especially like to thank Odalis and Miguel at the front desk, who were consistently courteous and helpful; Guillermo and Wilmar from La Terraza, who always made us feel welcomed; Jennifer from housekeeping for keeping our room clean and fresh; and Stephanie from sales for her support and professionalism. Hotel Santa Catalina will forever hold a special place in our hearts. Highly recommended.

We specifically requested a room far from the elevator, but when we checked in we were assigned a room right in front of the elevator. We requested a change and instead they assigned an additional room where we could hear all the noise from outside.

We loved Hotel Santa Ana. The location is wonderful, right in the middle of the action in the walled city. The rooftop pool/bar is beautiful. The rooms were nice and clean and the breakfast was really good. I gave it four stars because we had trouble with our air conditioning unit and we had a couple of hot nights when it turned off unexpectedly on its own.

Overall a nice hotel with a few things to note. First, the rooms are large and the beds are comfortable, the wifi is excellent as well. The cleaning staff was amazing and had our room spotless. The rooftop pool is very nice and comfortable, especially on those hot Columbian afternoons. Staff was very friendly and there is free breakfast every day. Location is perfect - you're close to everything in the walled city. The downsides. There is construction going on in the building connected to the hotel so there is A LOT of noise. Looking at the notice on the building, it's going to be a 23 month project so the closer you are to that side of the building (rooms ending on 01, 02 or 03) you're going to hear everything starting at around 7:30 am and continuing until around 4 pm. And when they say check in is at three, they are not kidding. We could not get into our room one second before three, so if you're arriving early in the day plan accordingly.
