I did not get what I expected.
The first day in the apartment the television did not work. I notified the owner, the television was never fixed.
The air conditioner in the front room only blew out warm air and leaked water on the floor. It was fixed after being there for 6 days.
The shower heads in the shower were laying on the floor of the shower in my bathroom. In the other bathroom the shower head was broken and was finally repaired on day #3. The owner ask if we could use the shower as they were and she would have them fixed after our 7 day stay. I ended up repairing the shower head in my bathroom. The house cleaning lady on day #3 replaced the shower head in the other bathroom.
On day #3 the refrigerator and freezer stopped working. After notification of the problem to the owner it was repaired on day #6.
I did not know there was no hot water for a shower until I got to the apartment to take a shower.
I would never stay there again and believe I should be refunded at least 50% of the money I paid to stay there. I will surely hesitate to rent from the VRBO website. I would not recommend renting this apartment to anyone.
