「I had a great stay at the Hyatt in Cartagena. From the moment I arrived, the service stood out—especially Dina at reception, who was incredibly welcoming and helpful. She made check-in smooth and set the tone for the entire experience.
The location is a huge plus. There’s a convenient grocery store right behind the hotel, a major mall right next door, and the beach is directly across the street—everything you need is within walking distance.
