“It was the perfect location. It is in the middle of everything and at the same time away from it all. The area was extremely quiet even with a city view room. The place is really beautiful. What made place special for us the staff. They were so accommodating and attentive. We communicated through WhatsApp for all our needs. It was so quick. We felt like we were the only one staying at the hotel. It is actually the place to stay when you are in Cartagena.”

“Terrible! Avoid! Paid USD100 but no hot water to shower. Wasted 2 hours liasing with receptionist as was told to run the water longer. Well, I kept the shower and sink taps running for over 1 hour but still cold. Even checked the gas tanks with the receptionist who pressed the ignition switch several times but still no hot water. He then confirmed there will be no hot water on the day I stayed and said it actually happens all the time! Also: missing cover under duvet (which was dirty),……
