"We stay at this particular hotel whenever we go east to visit family. Staff is helpful & friendly. The hotel is clean & tidy. It a nice reasonably priced hotel that accepts pets. "

"Parking was fine. Staff never answers the phone. I walked in to the lobby and it took a long time to get help. Additionally, the pillows in our room had mildew and stains. There were cigarette ashes in the bathroom and in the tub, and the chair was stained as well. Once we saw the room, I returned the key and left. There’s no way I was going to stay there with 2 children. "
