「The apartment is an older building, but in an area which was easy to get to and easy to get to downtown Raleigh. I did have to clean the kitchen some before using. The pots had some food residue from a previous renter and there were some sticky spots on counters and tables. 「There were some reviews on here about unsafe parking etc. and that didn't seem true. Unfortunately the parking spot for the condo is right next to the dumpster so there is that. Those we saw in the complex seemed fine, we nodded and waved to a few, never felt unsafe and didn't worry about car getting broken in to. Looking around some of the people kept their places nice, others looked trashy, welcome to a big, older complex. You drive through a cute neighborhood to get to the buildings but...
