“Superbe séjour dans un endroit grandiose.”

“great and spacious room, with very nice lake view. excellent service.”

“Exceptional service - attentive, honest, responsive staff. Restaurant very pricy, but room service more affordable and delicious. Location is a bit off the beaten path, but with a little adventure you can get down to the center of Lugano.”

“We stayed in a junior suite. The whole layout of this suite is strange, just like an old residential bedroom adding with a toilet and living room but doesn’t match the overall style / design at all. The water supply of the basin tub is totally out of control (bathtub was ok) either crazy hot or freezing cold, one way or other!!! “The hotel staff is sweet and helpful and gave us a warm welcoming. The hotel is historic and charming and with a beautiful garden, there is a nice restaurant.”

“Perfect location as it is closed to train station, only 5 mins walk. Clean and tidy room with air-conditioned which is not common in Switzerland. ”

Breakfast was basically self-service (we had to pick up cutlery and……
