「Hotel was beautiful throughout. The rooms are well appointed, and the standard of cleanliness impeccable. Breakfast was a bit busy, but staff are efficient, courteous and knowledgeable their job inside out. Rooftop bar was great, with a quiet, relaxed vibe. All pool areas clean, well thought out and beautifully maintained.」

「We had a garden room which was very spacious, indoors and out, with a huge, comfortable bed. The hotel staff were all very welcoming and helpful. The hotel grounds are immaculate, and there were always plenty of sunbeds and parasols around the pools, whatever the time of day. 」

「Had a great stay overall, and the reception staff were always extremely helpful and approachable. We had a crisis with my wife breaking her arm, which extended our stay 4 days, but the hotel did absolutely everything they could to help. This is the hotel you want to be at in a crisis! :) Special thanks to Myriam and her team Highlights - Buffet food is excellent with a wide variety of fresh food (meats, salads, cheese, desserts etc). Not quite sure where any negative reviews come from on...

「Too inconvenient. Inconvenient place, inconvienient service. We lived here for 2nights, Since our reservations were separated, they asked us to change the room at 12pm on the second day and the housekeeper can help us to put our luggage to the new room. Although it took us too much inconvienence, on the second day 12pm nobody came to my room to helped us. So I don't want to back to this Ritz Carlton hotel again. Awful experience.」
