「It's perfectly located for an overnight in Old San Juan. Close to everything. I wouldn't stay more than a night though. Our room had no windows, we weren't expecting that. Everything else was great.」

「It is in the heart of Old San Juan. Hard to find a place so convenient to walk in the city. Only thing bothering me is it is so hard to parking in holiday season. I didn't find anywhere as parking lots nearby are closed 」

「Arrived after hours due to delay in flight but had been assured that was not a problem. Waited an hour on the street in the wee morning hours to be let into the hotel. Once in, they couldn't run my card in this building but was going to run it at another location. Then apparently, they dont take Amex even though we were not told and when they tried to run the card later, it wouldnt go through. Understandably, they need paid for us staying. I get it. But it was 6:30am before we got to our room....

「The air conditioning was very loud. There was no remote control for the TV. Ceiling fan did not work.」

「Property was exactly as stated in the listing. Everything I needed was available, and had no issues with the apartment. It is a historic building so there is dampness/moisture scents however, with the air conditioner it was fine. The location is amazing and the room was very quiet at night. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this location and would recommend it highly.」

「When I arrived the room was okay needed sweep and mopping but very nice for the price and location. Was not happy with the quality of the house keeping I arrived on may 4th till the 14th and never had my bed sheets changed had to go get towels and toilet paper from the main office removed my own trash air conditioner was great and parking was available but not clean or close to the room 」
