The staff was wonderful, made arrangements for us to get a taxi before the strike starting in the a.m. and gave us a large breakfast bag to go at 5:30 a.m. Also a good location for us to get to see a small but great shopping section of Naples and the streets.」

「Wow! This property is a gem! The staff is friendly, accommodating, and wonderful with communication. Our suite was spacious, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was delicious with great coffee and many options including pastries,eggs, yogurt and fruit. The hotel is located in a congested area with limited vehicle accessibility but staff helped us with our arrival. 「Room was pretty basic but clean. Heating always came on when you left the room which meant the door to the balcony had to be opened to cool the room down and as you can imagine in Napoli the smoke and exhaust pervaded the room all night. The breakfast room and spread is very good so no complaints there. If you're driving access can take some getting used to but once you know where to park it's pretty easy and convenient.」
