「I honestly was not expecting this, but the conditions of our hotel was very poor. We didn’t get a chance to inspect the room completely before settling in shortly after checkout, but when nighttime came, we really wished we had. Our bed was full of hairs of other people (eyelashes, Long hairs, etc), the bed runner at the edge of the bed was dirty, the shower was also filled with eyelashes and other hairs, and the water tank was leaking all night and creating a massive puddle. 「Hotel was in a great area with lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Hotel breakfast was a traditional Italian breakfast with lots of different pastry options. The girl who worked at the front was absolutely lovely and would make us a fresh cappucino every single morning! Hotel was also very communicative and helpful in setting up airport/train transport for us. Would definitely come stay here again the next time I visit Napoli.」
