“This property is about 10 mins walk to the restaurants & convenience store. The shared washroom needs more attention in cleanliness & renovations needed. When we were there, about 11 people (3 rooms) shared the same washroom and it was a busy morning. ”

“We stayed at Chiado 44 for 2 nights. When we arrived the staff helped with our luggage right away and put it in our room for us. They helped orient us to the city and offered coffee etc. The room was very clean, had a little balcony and the shower was great with great water pressure. The hotel is located in the Chiado area up on the hill. So, be ready to walk some hills if you plan on going to other areas like Biaxa and Alfama. Use Uber and public transportation. Pretty cheap.
