“The place was dirty upon arrival. The house smelled of smoke and mold. The beds had hair, dirt and bugs. The kitchen utensils were not cleaned. The hallway floor was coming up and it couldn’t be fixed. The shower drains did not drain properly. Maintenance and cleaning couldn’t come for 24 hours. They couldn’t rectify all of the issues and offered minimal compensation for the problems. “This place was great. It was spacious for our family. We had a few hiccups, getting the door unlocked and with the power, but the guest was super responsive and helpful with this. We have no complaints and thought the location was great. It was the perfect spot between the hustle and bustle of the city and Sintra.”

“La maison est très belle et très bien équipée. Le jardin est beau, mais la meteo ne nous a pas permis d'en profiter ! Nous avons été un peu décu par la prise en charge d'un problème electrique. Le quartier etait privé d'electricité et la porte d'entrée dans la propriété etait bloquée. La résolution du problème n'a pas été immédiat. Décu aussi par Abritel qui nous a baladé pour changer le nombre de participannts de 10 à 9. ”

“This was a terrific home, very well equipped, and with a nice little swimming pool and back garden. Very well located close to the long strip of beaches running 15 km up the coast.The house is very comfortable and felt personal and well maintained. A fully equipped Kitchen, original Art and objects customized the place with a great deal of personality. We were very happy with this little Home.!”
