"This pristine and beautiful property took our breath away upon arrival. Five star service and amenities abound. Our suite was stunning and well appointed. We felt as if we stepped back in time and were reminded of what outstanding service and accommodations should be like ~ a much needed respite after a busy week in Florence. The restaurants were outstanding. Top notch property and my husband referred to Borgo Santo Pietro as the most beautiful hotel he’s ever stayed at. So very grateful. The Heils"

"Villa was dirty and unsafe. We booked at 10day holiday in Aug-25 and spent 5days at a nearby hotel as were disgusted by the state of the property and did not want to stay there any longer with our children.The following issues were present and highlighted to the owner who came across as pleasant older gentleman. However despite complaining about the state of the property only the oven over heating issue was fixed during our visit.- Sofas and floors dirty on arrival with holes in furnishings and dog hair present.- Poorly equipped kitchen, no toaster or kettle with old pans and cooking equipment.- General musty damp smell throughout villa. - Oven dirty and unsafe resulting in cuts out when hot.- Fridge didn’t close properly, freezer had broken drawers and was not clean inside.- Mattresses of poor quality, bedsheets old (bobbly) and towels thread-bear. - No smoke alarms in villa, out of date Fire Extinguishers throughout.- Gas hob unsafe, no safety catch on gas knobs.- Igniter function on gas hob broken.- Several plugs protruding out off walls and some didn’t work.- Toilet on middle floor floods sewage water out of the back pipe when you flush it.- TV didn’t work (no signal).- Old broken sun loungers in pool area. - Various rusty fixings and fixtures.- WiFi poor service throughout villa.- Back door difficult to lock and not secure.- Grass in rear garden around pool area wasn’t cared for and had overgrown resulting in a large numbers of misquotes."

"Mieliśmy bardzo udany listopadowy pobyt w cichym, czystym i cieplym miejscu , pośród toskańskiej przyrody,, z dala od miejskiego hałasu który mamy na codzień mieszkając w dużym mieście. Jedyne czego się obawialiśmy tylko że będzie trudno znaleźć domek, jako że przejeżdżaliśmy późno wieczorem ale mapy prowadziły doskonale a sama posiadłość była oświetlona i nie było w związku z tym żadnych problemów z trafieniem tam"
