「Very helpful staff and willing to provide support to visitors. Interesting experience to live at the mountain. Nice hiking experience during summer. Gondola ticket included in the room fee. Quite value for money if you already decide to take the gondola at sunshine village. For visiting the hotel, people can either take the gondola and shuttle provided by the hotel. 」

The jacuzzi had a leak on the shower head and had to wipe the water up to make sure it didn’t leak every where. Very disappointed. 」

「The room was spacious, but it faced the main road, so it could be a little noisy if you slept with the windows open. There was a small kitchenette with a full set of utensils, which was convenient for preparing a simple breakfast. The bathroom had a walk-in shower only, with no bathtub. All the toiletries provided were from the Rocky brand. The hotel also offered a small swimming pool and a gym, although we did not use these facilities.
