"I loved this proximity of the hotel. Easy walk to Commercio square, Rossio Square and Alfama. Breakfast was very good with a variety of foods. Very friendly, helpful service. My husband felt the A/C was very noisy and rattling at night. We could also easily hear people walking above us."

"This place was perfect right in the hub of the downtown of Lisbon, has a good amount of shared washrooms. Was never waiting, and every time was nice and clean, just a bit smelly but what can you do lol. Rooms were also clean with a small balcony which is always a nice bonus, we stayed on the town square side, and was a beautiful view! Breakfast was delicious everything I needed and more, simple but perfect has everything you could ask for not to mention it was included which is amazing. Only stayed the one night but was everything me and my partner needed, and the front desk staff are extremely friendly, gave us recommendations for places to eat, and when checking out let us keep are bags behind the desk so we could continue exploring without the hassle of lugging around are packs. Thank you again!"

"Well the ambience was excellent, but they could be little more humane, because they stick to the check in time strictly, i have been to other hotels were the staff understanding the tiredness of the journey though it's well before the check in time are courteous and allow us to stay. If the hotel management works on this it will be great"

Every member of staff was helpful in providing insight on places to see, how to get around and overall recommendations. The hotel is also in walking distance from the shops and restaurants. "This is a very nice hotel with good breakfast options. The location is great for the Alfama area. The room was quiet, but rather small for two people. No place to store luggage. But all in all, it was wonderful"
