This was an amazing property to stay at. The communication with the host was immediate and they were able to help with all of our needs. The beds were comfortable, rooms were a great size, and the location of the property is a short 15 minute walk to the beach and a small shopping Center. Loved staying here!

Spacious house, nicely decorated, lovely garden. Excellent location for local services and exploring the local coastline and further into the Algarve. Excellent recommendations in the welcome pack.

Miriam assisted immediately via email any of our concerns! Ana, who managed the property was wonderful and accommodating! Kitchen was fully stocked with plates, bowls, silverware, and request for a drip coffee maker was fulfilled. We enjoyed the beaches immensely, a 15 minute walk from the house! This is a small village with very little open in February but we found two other villages close by for restaurants.

Property excellent, well equipped and clean. Neighbourhood very noisy, close to fast moving traffic and various dogs barking / whining from 0600 and again late at night at 0100. Directions to property very poor, we spent 40 minutes trying to find it on arrival.

Nous avons passé deux semaines magnifiques . Les golfs sont magnifiques et très proches du logement. Plage extraordinaire et très peu fréquentée en hiver . Notre chien a adoré.

Miriam’s home couldn’t be more beautiful. Had everything you could want and more. Only drawback is that it is a bit of a drive to many of the Algarve towns and Altura, while charming and cute, did not offer much to do. This is not a complaint, just something to consider if you are looking for more liveliness. Mirian was wonderful and very accommodating. Truly loved this property and would gladly go back if the opportunity presented itself. Highly recommended!

Wir waren im Januar 2024 2 Wochen in dem Ferienhaus in Altura und haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist sehr hübsch, nett und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, mit einem Garten und einer Veranda, 3 Zimmern und 2 Bädern. Es war mit drei Radiatoren zu beheizen und nicht nur mit den Klimaanlagen. Das war großzügig und im Januar auch bitter nötig Kompliziert fanden wir die Bedienung des Backofens und des Fernsehers. Im oberen Bad müsste die Technik mal wieder erneuert werden. Die Handbrause funktionierte nicht u.a. wegen Löchern im Schlauch und einer abgebrochenen Halterung . Das Instrumentarium in der Küche müsste ergänzt werden. Die Messer waren stumpf und es gab abgesehen von einer Nespressomaschine keine vernünftige Möglichkeit, Kaffee in nennenswerten Mengen zuzubereiten. Der Ort Altura ist sehr schön. Es gibt Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe und der Strand ist mit dem Rad in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Insgesamt hat das Haus eine positive Bewertung verdient. AS

Es war eine wunderbare Unterkunft für uns. Alles ist so liebevoll und wunderschön eingerichtet. Ich habe mich wie in einem Boho Traum gefühlt. Es ist mir immer sehr wichtig, dass die Unterkünfte sauber sind. Oftmals findet man Dreck oder Staub in Ecken. Aber nicht in dieser Unterkunft. Hier war alles absolut sauber, sodass wir uns alle sehr wohlgefühlt habe. Die Kommunikation mit der Besitzerin war einwandfrei. Sie antwortete immer sehr zeitnah und hat uns bei sämtlichen Anliegen geholfen. Vielen Dank für alles. Wir werden dieses Haus in wundervoller Erinnerung behalten :)

Ruime en zeer volledig uitgeruste vakantiewoning, zeer smaakvol ingericht. De foto's op de site zijn een correcte weergave van de woning. We verbleven in oktober, en relatief weinig bewoners in de buurt. Mooi weer en leuke tuin zorgden voor een rustig verblijf. Toch wel een aanrader.

Excelente casa de férias, toda equipada. Bem decorada, wc modernos, confortável, com AC em todas as divisões. Espaço agradável cá fora, onde se podem fazer as refeições. Não é muito perto da praia para ir a pé mas o acesso é fácil. Recomendo!

Ein sehr schönes und genauso funktionales Ferienhaus. Die Fotos entsprechen genau der Einrichtung. Die Küche ist mit vielen nützlichen Geräten sehr gut ausgestattet. Das ganze Haus wirkt sehr sauber. Überraschend war, dass das Haus über eine Dachterrasse mit einer Aussicht über das Quartier verfügt. Ein wunderbarer Ort um Sonnenauf oder -untergang zu geniessen. Wir haben Fahrräder gemietet (wobei es in Altura im Mai keinen lokalen Vermieter gab) und konnten so schnell ans Meer gelangen. Das Reiheneckhaus liegt in einem Reihenhaus-Quartier mit Vorort-Charakter. Im Quartier wird demnach auch gelebt und der Alltag verbracht. Die Geschäfte für den tägliche Bedarf sind mit dem Fahrrad schnell zu erreichen und auch in Gehdienst nicht zu weit. Wir haben uns im geräumigen Haus sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten den Graten mit dem Zederachbaum und die Dachterrasse ausgiebig geniessen.

Wir haben die Woche sehr genossen. Es ist sehr ruhig gewesen , jedoch war es Ende März und von daher waren nur wenige Apartments in der Umgebung belegt. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und bietet genügend Platz für alle. Auch auf der Terrasse stehen genügend Stühle und ein großer Tisch zur Verfügung. Der Supermarkt Pingo Doce ist fußläufig zu erreichen, jedoch ist ein PKW auf jeden Fall von Vorteil. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin ist unkompliziert und bei Anfragen bekamen wir sofort eine Antwort. Gerne wieder!

Een prima locatie maar meer voor de zomer. Praktisch alles was gesloten en de meeste woningen zijn niet bewoond in de winter. Dat maakt het heel ongezellig. Op de woning valt niets aan te merken, de beheerder is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
