“It was about 5 miles out of Cherokee so less traffic. Seen elks on property. River very beautiful. Room was clean. Only problem was pillows to flat so we went and bought us some for our bed. Other than that , we will be back”

“Always enjoy staying here due to proximity to the town and ample parking. We did run into problems with WiFi , staff attempted to resolve quickly. Toiletries and towels provided. Coffee available. ”

“We arrived and checked in properly, that’s where the positives end for this property. Upon the property manager showing us our room she had a sticky note on the thermostat which stated “do not change “ in bold letters. The temperature in our 2nd floor room was 79, not hateful but it escalated to 83 by 6 pm. I then sent a message to the manager indicating our frustration and wanted immediate attention. She provided 2 options, a fan or installation of a window unit. She continually indicated……

“Great location. Walking distance to Casino and places to eat. The room was up to date and very clean.”

“The property was clean, beautiful, and close to shops and restaurants. We loved sitting on our balcony and front deck area overlooking the river. Staff were friendly. We arrived at 3:30pm but were told check-in was at 4pm even though their website says 3. It was 4:15 when we were allowed to get in our room. That was a little annoying. They need to update the check-in time on their website. There was also no decaf coffee either morning. We told the staff but no reason given. My sister had to go……

“Parking was easy and the AC did keep the room cool. Accommodations were comfortable and the balcony at back of room with the river right outside was very pleasant. Would stay again.”
