“Very good location close to Southern Cross station and supermarket. Very clean. Amenities are Australian standard (basic level but enough for use). The room is comfy, equipped with a fridge. Breakfast really does not worth going!!! I am on discount but still don't find it worthy. only basic cereals, toasts, egg, beans, milk, coffee machine. For AUD 15 (regular price) and with staff serving the food, they should make more variety of food and make it a better part of the hotel service....”

“Great service, the lady offered us early check in. So we could get some rest after a long overnight flight. Good oocation, just a few minutes walk to the tram station and many cafe nearby. ”

“From the first moment, service was friendly and efficient. Check-in was seamless. The room was comfortable, especially the bed. The sink was separate to the bathroom, with no door to the sink area. Breakfast was great. Evening meals were very good, although there was a hiccup with our dessert (mudcake) coming 3/4 frozen after a long period of time. The bar staff were tardy in coming to customers waiting to be seated. All in all a great place and we would come again.”
