"We booked this place based on it was a new listing and nice modern furnishings. Maybe we were the unlucky ones but we were welcomed with unswept floors, non-working toliet with a surprise from a previous unsuccessful flush, dead insects, and no hot water. We had to run the water for 2-3 minutes to get 'luke warm', not convenient for our small children. "My husband and I booked Caldera to celebrate our honeymoon! The staff was very courteous. They had porters to carry our luggage in and out as there were stairs to get to our villa. Reception helped arrange airport shuttles. Daily breakfast was a nice perk and the views from the room were fantastic. We had a hot tub in our room and enjoyed soaking and laying in the lounge chairs. There were plenty of restaurants within walking distance to choose from and all of the ones we ate at had amazing food and service. Some include Skiza pizza and Strogili. All in all my husband and I were extremely pleased with the Caldera Premium Villas"
