“I was not impressed with this hotel, there were groups of people gathered outside in the evenings being very loud. No housekeeping, I took out my own trash, toilet broke the first night, maintenance fixed the next day. Two separate buildings, the lobby was in the opposite building as what I was in. I was not told towels had to be exchanged to get new towels until I was already in the lobby asking for clean towels. I left the lobby went into the second building all the way up to the third floor……

“Much of the food for breakfast was gone by 8:00 on Friday morning. The evening social time with snacks and drinks was very sparse on Thursday night with only 2 snack options. The website photo showed a more - I did not find a location to see what is served each evening. For someone with food allergies and a special diet, that was frustrating. ”

“We booked a king room but when we checked in we got a double queen. They said the couldn’t fix the situation because they didn’t have any other king rooms. Frustrating. ”

“I arrived at the front desk of the hotel I booked. There was a broadcast but no one was there to greet me. I had been waiting for a long time but no one was there to check me in.”

“Almost everything was perfect. Check in felt slightly rushed. The huge disappointment was the morning of checkout I had planned to visit the pool until I had to leave because the evening before it overflowing with children. Not a problem to me but I didnt want to get in the way of the kids playing. Plus water needed attention. I figured they would balance water overnight. Well needless to say by 11am the next morning I still couldn't swim and it was checkout time the pool was closed the cleaning……

“When we checked in dirty rags were left in the room. In the morning there was no hot water to take a shower. When I called front desk the employee told me they are working on it and that management was on the way to the hotel. Fast forward an hour later, still no hot water. So I spoke to the front desk employee to get a partial refund and cancel my next night, she seemed like she was very bothered with that question.”
