Relais & Chateaux Cebu City hotels

The staffs are so friendly and nice. Paul is the most outstanding staff, he helping us all the way.

There is supermarket at the basement of the hotel building which is convenient. But there are not too many dining options around the hotel.

Hotel is now open after the change from Marriott. Some of the staff are the same (the guard dog got re-hired, in case you are wondering) and much of the hotel is the same. The rooms are upgraded as is the lobby. They are still working on the hotel but there is not much noise. Occasional new paint smell and a few small issues but nothing of note. The staff are super-nice, as is expected. The food is OK but I do not eat here much with Ayala Mall so close by. As the hotel moves to full...

All the staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is clean and comfortable!

The reception April is very smiley and friendly. seriously all the staff are very nice and helpful in the hotel I like their breakfast especially the roasted chicken and the soup noodle.

One of the rare modern style hotel in Cebu , staffs are attentive and polite, attend to every need ! Room is clean , air conditioning is good ! Location is near to pier and there is a mall linked to the hotel , there’s a 24 hour convenience store nearby so it’s easy to get whatever we need in the middle of night , the mall closes early thou , once it’s late in the night it can be really quiet on the street! Overall it’s a great stay !

Brand new and good
