「The apartment was as described and actually better than the photos. Warm, clean, spacious & comfortable. Check in via a code & lock box was simple. The location in the heart of the old town was fantastic, 3 minutes walk from the Main Square. A convenience store is right next door plus some lovely small restaurants on the same street. Joanna was helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. We had a wonderful stay.」

「We booked the Superior Apartment which has a large living room, kitchen, bedroom with 1 queen bed and 1 twin bed. Clean large bathroom. Plenty of closet spaces. We loved it. Highly recommend. Short walk to Old Town, Wawel Castle and other attractions. 」

「新的這一棟房間裝修光亮採光很好、我選擇2張單人床的感覺床很小，可能是亞洲的單人床睡慣大的了、建議還是選擇大床舒服一點、服務很好跟他們要水都會送上來房間！樓下的spa也挺不錯的有空的話可以去享受一下！游泳池是室內的不大，記得帶泳衣過來享受喔！ 早餐也可以接受，當然沒亞洲酒店這麼豐富 這房間唯一缺點便是洗澡時水會流出地面、而地面卻沒有排水孔導致洗完澡後地面宛如淹水一樣需要用很多毛巾去擦拭吸水！水會沿著浴缸邊緣流到地面，由於地板是大理石所以擔心會滑倒！不建議老人入住」

The location is perfect, right in the middle of the old town, just steps away from shops, cafes, and restaurants. The hotel itself is historic and you can tell in places where the floor and steps lean, but adds to the charm of the hotel. 」
