“The front desk staff were very friendly. The room offered bigger space than expectations. The whole experience would be better if there is an available free parking lot.”

“We arrived after along day of travel and no hot water in the building. They had a company piping in hot water the following day upon check out. Very disappointed. Thin blankets. Room was outside entrance, 4 th floor facing intersection. Noisy cars and when stopped at stoplight exhaust from cars came into room. Breakfast was good. Older but clean. Beds were satisfactory however TV was cheap, channel selection poor and poor quality TV. Would not stay again. Moved our stay to holiday in……

“The whole experience starting with Maggie @ the front desk she gave us the history of The Federal Point very interesting definitely not your average Hotel she takes much pride in it Impeccably clean, furnishing of the period were appreciated so much to admire Had a relaxing bite in the bar great visit and conversation with bartender Definitely will recommend it”

“This place was fine, it's a Days Inn, expectations are low to begin with. The breakfast was underwhelming. A little effort in the breakfast would have been good. Check-in and Check-out were easy. Pool was outdoors and closed and there isn't a hot tub. Some things I overlooked. But this place was fine. It was average, nothing wrong with average.”

“The room and staff were fine. The only reason we picked the Comfort in was the indoor, heated pool.The room the pool is in was at 65 degrees with an exhaust fan blowing the whole time, making the room very cold and uncomfortable. We were told the water was 83 degrees. but it seemed a lot colder than that. We feel we our weekend, as our plan was to relax on and by the pool. Thank Ernest Baals”
