“Dan and Heidi, the on-site managers went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Although we arrived early, they allowed us to check in and go to our room, which was large, bright and beautifully decorated. Our breakfasts were creative and very delicious. The common rooms on the ground floor are furnished in the period style and comfortable. The location is perfect for walking around the town. I highly recommend this B&B.”

“This property is located ideally for the parks and restaurants. I did not care for the bed at all. The mattress is likely overdue for replacement.”

“They only clean the room if you are there more than 3 nights. Not my preference. I prefer daily but an every other day would be fine. The front desk employees were very kind and helpful”

“The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. Tje rooms were clean and well stocked. The only thing I would suggest is to better maintain the common areas, both inside and outside (i.e. The elevator floor and the smoking area outside). However, the stay was great!”

“Vending machines do not work. Took our money. Someones old bra in the front of the build. Cars with open hoods , sketchy long term residents there. Needed some extra towels. Had to go down to the desk to get them. Guy asked my wife to bring down dirty. WTH.”

“The Hotel itself is above average, the staff is professional, efficient and friendly. In their lobby is a very cool replica civil war canon. Overall good experience with the hotel. The attached restaurant however is another story entirely as multiple staff struggled with the basics. Do yourself a favor and dine elsewhere.”
