"The room was dirty there was cubical hair by the towels, the towels are dirty, the shower is cracked and nasty. I wouldn’t miss not recommended to stay there at all."

"They need a new manager, one that knows the laws for service animals. Charged us a $300 deposit for our service dog, then charged us a cleaning fee even though for 2 days we left the do not disturb sign off the door and they refused to come in and clean it. She wanted to say we had it in the door the whole time, we lost for a whole day so she is definitely a liar and doesn’t care. Also the cleaning employees are awesome. Cleaning people were probably the most enjoyable thing about this place, you can tell the manager isn’t nice to the employees either which I could tell when I spoke to her the first time."

"This is the worst hotel we have ever tried to stay in, and the only one we have ever left. there are several reasons: 1) There was virtually no parking except in a busy alley-like setting and we almost got hit twice by other cars. 2) The door to our room was very dented as though it had been severely beaten on. 3) The floor in our room was dirty and fixtures were chipped, worn out, and desparetly needed replaced. 4) The bed sheets were so badly stained there is no way we could lay in them. We felt like we needed a shower just from walking in the room and pulling the bed covers down. We decided to leave and asked for a refund which was refused. Wasted money, but still no amount could make us feel safe staying there. We got a room at another hotel and immediatley washed up."

"The hotel is perfectly fine, clean, well-appointed- the staff is not very accommodating. We pulled into valet, and the valet manager (surprisingly) didn’t say a SINGLE word to us. No “welcome to the hotel, are you checking in, etc.”, nothing. The girl at the front desk asked if we would be valeting the car, and I told her I would like to but the man outside hadn’t said a word to us. She said he was just quiet. Ok, strange, but ok. Then we went down to dinner at Smokehouse Abilene. We stood at the host stand for 10 minutes without anyone there. My husband had to walk and find someone to seat us? Our waitress was wonderful, the food was meh. Our room was comfortable, shower is tiny and the water pressure was awful. All in I give it a 5/10 and that’s what I get for expecting more from $450+ a night!"

"I did the toilt flush test and it overflowed. I had to turn the fixture valve off before flooding the floor. After notifying the front desk i requested a refund and went elsewhere. The email notification from the hotel stated i paid cash which i did not. I pid via credit card. So if i don't get refunded I'll be filing a complaint."
